翡翠


我认定翡翠是性感的。因为她的沉默

她的绿锁住了沉默


谁的定力在翡翠之上?

翡翠里有最性感的女人

持久地保持沉默


现在她是年幼的,在青春的催促下

翡翠发亮,发出清脆的喘气声

再过几年,翡翠就老了

老了的女人也发出清脆的喘气声


在我们年老的时候

性感的女人开口说话了

翡翠翡翠,绿色的祖母

Emerald


Emerald must be erogenous I believe, because of her silence

which she locks in her green.


Whose composure is beyond emerald

in which a most erogenous woman lives

and enduringly keeps silent?


at present she is very young, shinning

at youth’s urging with clear and melodious sound of breath.

After a few more years, emerald will be growing old.

The old woman will still have such melodious breath.


When we are old,

the erogenous woman breaks her silence:

“emerald, emerald, green grandmother.”


绝句


我一打盹,秋就没了

好像我把秋遗忘

其实我心怀艾草,眼里的红叶还在燃烧


我只身来到薄暮

一瞬间我的头颅与山丘一起溶入了

悲喜交集的残阳


Verset

Just having a little nap, autumn is out of sight.

As if I've forgot it but really with mugwort

growing in my heart, and red leaves burning in my eyes.


I come into the dusk by myself,

my head and the hills melt into the setting

tragicomic sun all at once.


池塘


池塘浪费光阴

为了寂静,为了衰老

野草缠身的池塘已经衰老

厢房里的镜子也已衰老

老妈妈也已衰老

池塘荡起八月的秋水

游子默默流泪,照见我羞愧的面孔

池塘濯洗老妈妈碧绿的青菜

家鸭扑通下水

灶火映红老妈妈衰老的面容

炊烟升天,池塘安睡


Pond


The pond wastes time

for silence, and for aging.

Twined by weed the pond has been old.

As well as the mirror in the wing-room,

the old mother is also senile.

There are autumn ripples on the August pond.

The wanderer is quietly in tears, which reflects her ashamed face.

The old mother washes green vegetables by the pond.

House crows plop into the water.

Mudstove fire flames old mother’s face .

Chimney smoke rises, the pond sleeps in peace.


黑夜传


我是如何进入黑夜的?

扑腾一声

我就掉入了黑夜


我清理历史的遗骸

我清理黑夜的墓床


为黑夜送葬

为黎明打开大门


通过诗歌为黑夜作传

手中的笔滴下一团血


Night Biography


How did I enter into the night?

with a plop

I get into the dark..


I cleared up the history remains;

I cleared up the night tombs


to hold a funeral procession for night

and open the gate for dawn.


I made a biography for night through poems,

the pen in my hand dripped a lump of blood.

李成恩,80后女诗人,纪录片导演。中国作协、北京作协、安徽省作协会员。已出版有诗集《汴河,汴河》、《雨落孤山营》、《春风中有良知》、《高楼镇》、《池塘》,散文随笔集《文明的孩子——女性主义意味的生活文本》、《写作是我灵魂的照相馆——李成恩谈诗录》等100多万字。曾获得台湾叶红全球华文女性诗歌奖、柔刚诗歌奖、宁夏黄河金岸国际诗歌节“后一代”金奖等,入选80后文学排行榜十大诗人,“2001-2011”十年中国诗人排行榜,第三届“中国当代十大杰出青年诗人”等。

About the author:

Li Cheng’en, Chinese young poetess, a documentary filmmaker, was born in Anhui Province in 1983. She is a member of Chinese writers association, Beijing Writers Association and Anhui writers Association. She has published five poetry collections including “Bian He, Bian He”, “Raining in Gushanying”, “Conscience in Spring Wind”, “Gaolou Town” and “Pond”. She has also published two prose essay collections including “Child of Civilization – the Life Texts of Feminism Meaning” and “Writing is the Photo Studio of My Soul–Li Cheng’en About Poetry”. She has won “Taiwan Maple Leaves-Global Chinese Female Poetry Prize ”, “Rou Gang Poetry Prize”, “The Later Generation Poetry Gold Prize” at Ningxia Yellow River Bank International Poetry Festival etc. She has been selected in “Top Ten Poets of 80’s Generation Literature Ranking List”, “2001-2011 Ten years China Poets Ranking List”, and the 3rd “Top Ten Distinguished Young Poets in Contemporary China”, etc.
